صحافي ومصور ورسام كاريكاتير، كاتب ساخر فلسطيني نشر رسوماته في الصحافة الفلسطينية والعربية، ولد سنة 1979 في قرية بئر المكسور إحدى قرى الجليل، نشر أولى رسوماته في جيل مبكرة وخلال تعليمه في المرحلة الثانوية، درس العلوم السياسية في الكلية الأكاديمية مرج ابن عامر ونال شهادة التدريس من الكلية الأكاديمية للتربية، والماجستير في العلوم السياسية في جامعة حيفا ، عمل في حقل التدريس والصحافة، نشر أول مقالاته الساخرة في صحيفة الصنارة الفلسطينية التي تصدر داخل الخط الأخضر واستمر في نشر مقالته هناك لفترة زمنية ومن ثم انتقل إلى صحيفة بانوراما حيث عمل هناك رساماً ومحرراً في الموقع الإلكتروني الخاص بالجريدة وكتب زاوية اسبوعية ساخرة بعنوان خارج المجرّة، تنشر حالياً أعماله في عدة مواقع إلكترونية وعلى موقعه الشخصي في الشبكة العنكبوتية.
أسس موقع زوفة عام 2009 كصحيفة الكترونية أولى تعنى بأخبار المجتمع البدوي في شمال فلسطين ونشر اعماله فيها حتى عام  2017 ومن ثم انتقل الى مهنة التدريس بشكل نهائي .

تتميز أعمال الجاسم بمجاراتها لواقع الشارع الفلسطيني في الداخل بجرأة عالية وحرفية متقنة، كما أن اسلوبه مميز وتستطيع تميزه دون أن تقرأ ختمه على الرسومات، وابرز الشخصيات الكاريكاتورية التي يرسمها الجاسم هي شخصية المواطن العربي المظلوم ويعبر من خلاله عن حال المواطن العربي داخل دولة إسرائيل.

 أما التصوير فقد احترف تصوير الشارع، وجه اهتمامه للتصوير الأحادي يقول الجاسم عن تصويره جئت لأصور اللحظة التي اريدها أن تعلق في الذاكرة الألوان بالنسبة لي عامل مشتت لهذا تجنبتها في تصويري.

Journalist, photographer, and cartoonist, a Palestinian satirist who published his drawings in the Palestinian and Arab press. He was born in 1979 in the village of Bir al-Maksour, one of the villages in Galilee. He published his first drawings at an early age and during his secondary education. He studied political science at the Marj Ibn Amer Academic College and obtained a teaching certificate. From the Academic College of Education, and a master’s degree in political science at the University of Haifa, he worked in the field of teaching and journalism. He published his first satirical articles in the Palestinian newspaper Al-Sanara, which is published inside the Green Line. He continued to publish his articles there for a period of time, and then he moved to Panorama newspaper, where he worked as a draftsman and editor. On the newspaper’s website, he wrote a weekly satirical column entitled Outside the Galaxy. His works are currently published on several websites and on his personal website on the Internet.
He founded the Zufa website in 2009 as the first electronic newspaper concerned with news of the Bedouin community in northern Palestine, and published his works there until 2017, and then he moved to the teaching profession permanently.

Al-Jassim’s works are distinguished by their keeping up with the reality of the Palestinian street inside the country with great boldness and masterful craftsmanship. His style is distinctive and you can recognize it without reading his stamp on the drawings. The most prominent caricature characters that Al-Jassim draws are the character of the oppressed Arab citizen, through which he expresses the condition of the Arab citizen inside the State of Israel.

As for photography, he became a professional in street photography. He directed his attention to mono photography. Al-Jassim says about his photography: “I came to photograph the moment that I want to be stuck in memory. Colors are a distracting factor for me, so I avoid them in my photography.”
